Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period begins on the day you or a third party authorized by you – other than the carrier – take possession of the goods.

If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, please inform us of your decision by sending a signed statement by post or e-mail to:

You may use the withdrawal form provided below, but its use is not mandatory.

The date of dispatch of your withdrawal declaration is decisive for compliance with the withdrawal period.

Consequences of Withdrawal
In the event of withdrawal, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the standard one offered by us), within a maximum of 14 days after receipt of your withdrawal.

The refund will be made using the same payment method you selected for the order, unless expressly agreed otherwise. No fees will be charged for the refund.

The goods delivered will be collected by us, or we will cover the cost of return shipment.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods if this results from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
